Data processed by the tools

Application document kit files (photos, signatures, and PDFs), PDF-to-image files, pasted JSON, timestamps, and colors are processed in your browser without uploading that content. Word documents are uploaded only when you click Convert Word to PDF. The server temporarily stores each document and its PDF to perform the conversion. It removes those temporary files after processing, including failed conversions. Interrupted cleanup is retried; abandoned files older than 15 minutes are checked every five minutes while the server is running and on startup. Downloaded files remain on your device. We do not log document contents, file contents, query strings, or original filenames in the conversion service.

Hosting and requests

Loading the site sends normal web requests to the hosting provider. Those requests can include your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. The hosting provider may keep operational logs under its own policies. The site operator must confirm the provider and retention settings before launch.

Cookies and advertising

This version does not load an advertising network, analytics service, or tracking cookies. No advertising units are currently displayed. If advertising is enabled, this policy must be updated to identify the providers, explain cookie and similar-technology use, and provide the applicable choices before those services load.
